Return Requirements

Items must be returned new, unused, unworn and unwashed. We only accept returns for products purchased through shopvonmorgan.com, not third-party sites or stores.

Please note that return shipping is not free and will incur a charge (a return fee) of $5.50 which will be deducted from your potential refund.

Full-price items with proof of purchase:

- Within 45 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit

- After 45 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value

Sale items with proof of purchase

- Within 45 days of purchase: Full refund or merchandise credit

- After 45 days of purchase: Merchandise credit of purchase value

While we work hard to complete returns in a timely fashion, our completion of returns can take 2-3 weeks to fully process.

Proof of Purchase

Proof of purchase is considered your order information or shipping/packing slip. When returning your item(s), providing your order information allows us to smoothly process your return. If proof of purchase is not provided, we may need to reach out to gain additional information to assist in processing your return - this could increase the return timeframe. Without a valid proof of purchase, customers requesting a refund will be issued a merchandise credit for the last retail value

Gift Product Returns

We are more than happy to help you return your gift. Returns with Gift Receipt are eligible for return, exchange, refund or merchandise credit.

Defective Products

Defective products will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Products are defective they do not meet quality standards due to seam rips, tears, or color defects. Products damaged through wear and tear or misuse of care are not defective/faulty and will not be considered for return. Any questions can be submitted to support@shopvonmorgan.com.

Repetitive or Frequent Return Activity

While we do offer a generous return policy, customers with repetitive or frequent returns will be reviewed and possibly refused at our discretion.
