Will the products I place into my cart be reserved?

Accepted Answer

When you place a product into your cart it does not reserve that product.  Inventory is constantly changing, and your product is not assigned to you until the order process is completed.  The email order confirmation you receive verifies your product and begins the shipping process.

Can I pre-order an item if my size is currently out of stock?

Currently we do not accept pre-orders for items that are out of stock or sold out.  Please check our site routinely as we try to update our stock regularly.

What if I need to change my order after it was submitted?

How do I properly care for my von morgan products?

Accepted Answer

We want you to always love your von morgan shirt, hoodie or sweatshirt.  With the coloring and printing process of some clothing, we recommend that you machine wash in cold water, inside out and with a mild detergent.  Wash separately the first time, then with like colors in cold water.  Please do not use bleach or harsh stain removers as they can discolor your product. 
Hang or low heat to dry.  If wrinkled, do not use an iron since this could damage the print or logo.
